On the 02 February 2017, AWARD IWRM technical staff carried out a site visit to Mamba weir, Kruger National park. The flow gauge was calibrate against the stage height and the water quality probes against buffer solutions. The calibration of a flow gauge and probes is done on a monthly bases to ensure that the data collected is of good quality and accurate. These exercises form part of the near-real time monitoring program initiated by Award in the Olifants Catchment.
