This project in partnership with the Institute of Natural Resources has supported the capacity development of forestry stakeholders for enhancing Sustainable Forestry Management (SFM), in particular to ensure compliance and monitoring of the South African national standard for SFM by plantation forestry operations.
This project collaboratively developed a set of resources along with key government and private sector stakeholders involved in forestry in the larger Blyde area, supporting capacity development of practitioners around key challenges and constraints faced by these practitioners.
